My Story
Dr. Regina D. Campbell is a transformational leader, executive consultant, and educator with over 36 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education administration.
As President of E3 Leadership Institute, Dr. Campbell supports executives, senior leaders, and emerging professionals with leadership development in areas such as communication, strategic planning, emotional intelligence, conflict management, effective leadership to name a few. In addition, she provides one-on-one executive coaching. She builds trusting partnerships with her clients, offering strategies and methods for leaders to become impactful leaders.
Dr. Campbell holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and certifications, including Professional Coaching (Fowler Wainwright International Institute), and she is a Certified Transformational Speaker through the D. Daniels Speaker Academy.
Known for her dynamic and engaging presentation style, Dr. Campbell inspires audiences to lead with purpose, cultivate emotional intelligence, and create lasting impact within their organizations and communities.
