Raymond Williams

My Story

Ray Williams earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina Aiken in 2009.

He began his career with SCANA Corporation, now Dominion Energy South Carolina, in 2008, working as a collection’s agent on arrears and final billed accounts. Ray advanced to the Recovery Department as an Analyst, where he analyzed bad debt recovery efforts, conducted audits of external collection agencies, and reported performance metrics to senior leadership.

He was later promoted to the Corporate Credit team, overseeing a large industrial customer portfolio which generates over $600 million in annual revenue and managed more than $100 million in credit exposure. In this role, he analyzed financial statements and provided strategic credit recommendations to management.

Ray recently transitioned to the Large Customer Billing Department, where he manages rate filings and billing processes for key industrial accounts.

With 17 years of dedicated service, he continues to apply his analytical expertise and deep operational knowledge to support financial and operational excellence within the organization.
