My Story
Graham retired from Pepco Holdings, Inc. (PHI) in June 2016. At the time of his retirement, PHI served over 2 million electric and gas customers, employed more than 4,700 people, owned more than $16.1 billion in assets and generated approximately $4.8 billion in annual revenues. PHI was the largest utility in the mid-Atlantic region.
During his 30-year career, Graham held several leadership positions including president, Pepco Region and vice president People Strategy and Human Resources. During his tenure, Graham received numerous prestigious energy industry, business, higher education and civic awards including the 2022 President Biiden’s Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2025, Graham received the Esse Quam Videri Award from the University of Tampa. This is the highest honor given to an alumni for career accomplishments, civic responsibility and support of the University.
Currently Graham serves on several non-profit and private boards that include the University of Tampa, South Jersey Industries, Summit Utilities and Midwest Reliability Organization.
Prior to joining Pepco, Graham played soccer professionally for the Jacksonville Tea Men and served as Goalkeeper Coach at Georgetown University for 19 years. He has been inducted in two athletic hall of fame associations on three occasions. Graham has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tampa. He also completed the Senior Executive Leadership Certificate Program at Georgetown University. Graham is an avid golfer and has two sons, Jordan (35) and Jeffrey (30).
