My Story
Keith B. Tillman is a Senior HR Learning & Leadership Development-Program Manager at Dominion Energy, supporting Talent Management and Development. In this role, he facilitates leadership development initiatives for first-time supervisors, managers, and directors. Keith has been with Dominion Energy for nearly four years.
Prior to joining Dominion Energy, Keith served over 20 years in the United States Army, retiring with a distinguished record. His professional expertise spans Military Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Operations, and Leadership Development. He has led global teams of up to 232 personnel and is a two-time recipient of the Bronze Star Medal for exemplary leadership during combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Keith holds a Master of Business Administration with specializations in Operations and Supply Chain Management. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Organization & Management with a Leadership Cognate at Liberty University.
