Pheona Kelly is a skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources professional, with a passion for Talent and Leadership Development. She has served and excelled in several roles over the past 28 years with Dominion Energy.

 

Pheona is currently a part of the HR Talent Management & Development team. She has earned several college degrees and certifications gaining more knowledge in her chosen fields to operate in excellence. Pheona is intentional about prioritizing people and relationships.
